Superstring Group LLC has been providing high speed internet services to the YWCA of Brooklyn's women's residence since January of 2007. At the YWCA of Brooklyn we provide short term and long term living accommodations for up to 214 women, some of which are students, professionals, women in transition and visitors from all over the world.

To serve our residents, Superstring Group LLC had developed a wireless infrastructure that would allow guest access to the internet from their individual units and common areas. During the development stage our principal contact, proved responsive and courteous to customer inquiries. Our ability to offer wireless Internet services as an amenity have contributed to customer satisfaction, retention, and is a valuable selling point when booking new guests.

As the Director of Housing, I was mostly impressed with WiFiRUSH's innovative approach and his ability to develop such a progressive system in a not for profit organization considering our facility's structural and technical challenges.
